If you have sustained a compensable injury or disability under Workers Compensation or other type of insurance, we can support you either in your home or at our residential facilities.
Working closely with you and your Case Manager, we will tailor an in-home support or residential package that best suits your individual needs, to ensure that you enjoy the best quality of life possible.
Through a cohesive service approach, we will collaborate with you, your Case Manager, your family, your treatment team, and your insurer to ensure that you are linked in with all of the reasonable and necessary services that address your injury-related treatment, rehabilitation and daily care needs.
We will be able to monitor and review your progress, and support you to reach your individualised specific goals, with the ultimate outcome being to improve your functional ability to participate in daily life, and to develop self-sufficiency and the best possible level of independence.
Your insurer will contact us about you starting your support services with us.

Finding the right care and services is a step-by-step process. Choosing the right care can seem complicated and difficult to know where to start. That’s why we’ve put together some practical advice to guide you through the aged care process so that you can start receiving the help you need sooner.
No-one likes to think of themselves as getting ‘old’, but honestly, the sooner you start thinking about your time beyond retirement, the more choices you’ll realise you have, and the more prepared you’ll feel. It’s all about planning ahead, and making decisions about how you want to live your life so you can stay in control of your future. So, there's no time like the present
