Most people prefer to live in their own home, and participate in the community, but some people can find this difficult without support. Our care services are flexible, designed in consultation with you, tailored to suit your individual needs, and delivered by experienced, skilled staff. We also provide private-funded services to bridge the gap, keeping you living independently at home, whilst waiting for assessment for subsidised services.
McLean Care® is an approved provider of aged care services subsidised by the Australian Government.
Home Care Packages support older people, who have more complex needs, to live independently in their own homes. We will work with you to provide tailored case management and access to a broad range of ongoing support services and clinical care.
The Commonwealth Home Support Programme provides entry-level support to assist older people manage everyday activities at home. Services can include domestic assistance, social support and respite care, as well as health and therapy services.
Veterans’ Home Care is designed to assist entitled individuals who need a small amount of practical help to continue living independently in their own home. Services can include domestic assistance, personal care, respite care, and safety-related home and garden maintenance.
We can still help you even if you are not eligible for subsidised support, or we can bridge the gap while you are waiting to receive an assessment. If you need some help getting back on your feet after illness, an accident, or surgery, we can help with support services for a negotiated fee.
We can provide care services for people with compensable injuries and disabilities that have been sustained under Workers Compensation and other insurances. In consultation with your Case Manager, we will tailor a support package with you and your insurer that best suits your circumstances.
The McLean Care® Home and Community team is made up of individuals who have been selected for their passionate, nurturing and supportive natures. Your care team members are highly skilled and experienced, enjoy working in the Home and Community care area, and are here to help you.
The Home Care Package Programme and Commonwealth Home Support Programme, provided by McLean Care, are funded by the Australian Government Department of Health.
